Cairns Private Transfers is a locally-owned and operated company specialising in Airport Transfers to and from Cairns Airport to the Northern Beaches, Port Douglas, Mossman area and Atherton Tablelands. We are currently capable of comfortably transporting small groups (up to 10 passengers) with each passenger allowed up to one large-size suitcase and one handbag.
If you have more luggage just let us know. Luggage trailers available subject to prior bookings in place. Small conference groups and golfing groups are encouraged to request a quote. $50 After Hours Surcharge applies to all pickup times 1800 to 0655 daily. Prices correct as of April 2025. Prices on any transfers quoted, booked and paid will be honored. Carriage Cost Per Vehicle - Luggage Limits May Apply. An additional $60.00 surcharge will be applicable to all Queensland Public Holidays. Please call for prices on transfers to and from alternative destinations as far south as South Mission Beach, as far west as the Atherton Tablelands and as far north as Cape Tribulation. Please note - $30 Booking Deposit / Admin Fee payable to lock in all booking/s travel date/s/timeslot/s. Payment balances will be due as per your paperwork. Payments via card (debit or credit) attract a bank surcharge, as follows - Mastercard 2.25%, Visa 2.25%, AMEX 2.25%, EFT/Direct Credit Aus - No bank surcharge.
