What services do Cairns Private Transfers provide?

CPT provides private transfers to and from Cairns Airport, Cairns Northern Beaches, Port Douglas, Mossman, Atherton Tablelands, as well as various tourism highlights as far south as the Innisfail area and as far north as The Daintree.

How do I make a booking?

The simplest way to make a booking is by keying your request through to either of our website Booking Forms. Alternatively, you may book by phone (call or text) using the number listed on our website. We will email, call or text with further questions and organise payment so that your booking is locked in. (No payment, no booking).

How do I book a return transfer?

We strongly recommend that booking your return trip at the time of your initial booking. This way we will be able to make sure we have the correct timing to suit you specific needs.

Do you accept credit cards and how do I pay?

Ride-booking services in Queensland require booking and payment IN ADVANCE of the customer’s transfer. By law we are unable to take payment immediately before, during or after your trip. (Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994.)

CPT accepts payments on booking via VISA, Mastercard or AMEX (2.25% surcharge applies) or EFT/Direct Credit (Australia-only bank transfer – no surcharge applies).

If you have booked your transfers with us through your accommodation, you will need to pay them directly as per their terms.

Where do I find my driver?

Please follow the detailed instructions messaged to you in confirmation of your booking with us, one/two days before any transfer.
